Absolutely none. Your best bet is grabbing as many Dark-types as you can and waiting it out.

So Ghost-types are weak against Dark? What isn't good against them?

Normal- and Fighting-types are completely ineffective against them, barring a few special moves and abilities. Then again, Normal-types are immune against ghosts in return.

That's odd that normal and ghost-types cancel each other out. I'm so used to one element being stronger or weaker against another.

I think they're the only type matchup that does that. The closest you get with others is mutual neutrality.
