What the hell happened to my Caterpie?

[At least he's straight to the point. Despite doing some research, this is his first pokémon to evolve and he isn't quite sure what to make of it or why it happened.]

When did you first arrive?

A bit over a year and a half ago. Not a particularly long stay, but still a decent one.

A year and a half...?! That sure seems like a long stay to me.

Some people have been here twice as long. Everything is relative.

That's true... This one girl I spoke to has been here for 4 years, if I remember correctly.

Yeah, I think that's around the maximum right now.

Her pokemon must be invincible by now.

Maybe, or maybe not. There a level limit in place, for all Pokémon.

Level 100. Getting there takes a while, but the results are well worth it.

I imagine so. Katya's only about 13 now.

As you train regularly, it'll go well. It only gets really slow if you skip your weekly battles to go to the beach and watch movies.

I try to keep them active with battles so I guess I don't have much to worry about.

Exactly. You're now safely on your way to fully leveled powerhouses.
