Hugging this character: You can but unless he knows you/likes you, don't expect a nice response. He's more open to men hugging him than women.
Kissing this character: Same as above. If you're a woman, unless he likes you, you're going to get shoved/slapped away.

Fighting with this character: Minor fighting is okay but if it's going to be an all out brawl, let's discuss it OOCly first.
Injuring this character: Raikov's a stickler for keeping his body as spotless as possible. I'd also like to stay away from permanently damaging him. Temporary injuries are fine though.
